Existing condition of Non Approved Skylight units.

New "Miami Dade County Approved" skylights. The following skylights have been tested for Large Missile Impacts, Cyclic Wind Pressure, and Static Air Pressure. These skylights are series:Double Dome Curb Mount with a Self Curb flashing meeting High Pressure ratings. In addition, the skylight unit has an internal gutter system to prevent leaks from the dome. Please keep in mind that Industrial and Custom skylights will have much more regulations applicable by Code Compliance. Skylights may be installed on Tile, Shingle, Metal Sloped Roofs and Flat Roof applications.
