Warranties will vary according to the roofing application selected. Our current warranties vary from 6 months up to 35 years.
- How long will it take for the completion and or duration of my roof work?
Each work order will vary according to size and specifications. For the most part, your sales representitive will elaborate reasonable work forecast according to the scope of work selected.
- Will debris remain on my property?
Because we are not dependent on others for hauling debris. Tiger and Son Roofing Co will deploy our own dump trucks during all faccets of work progress ensuring a clean and safe work site..
- What is the best roofing system for me?

- How long will my new roofing application last?
Depending on the roofing sytem selected - it's life cycle will follow. Every roofing application has a good, fair and excellent option. Taking that into considiration, roof life cycles will be between 5 to 25 years.
- What can I do to help extend the life cycle of my roof?
Obtaining regular roof maintenance will aid in the life cycle of your roof dramatically. Ensure that your roof is kept in the conditions which were specified by your roofing consultant.

CHOOSING A CONTRACTOR
